Arc Protack made from multilayer Nomex® fabric is inherently flame resistant and incredibly lightweight, making this kit 50% lighter than any other comparable Arc Flash 40 cal Jacket & Bib Kits meet current ASTM F 1506 and NFPA 70E standards.

Kit includes ARC Flash Jacket & Bibs, FR Hood with Visor and Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Gloves with Over Gloves, and ARC Flash Storage Bag.

Features and Specifications

  • Multi Layer: Two Layers of Nomex® IIIA with FR non woven Nomex / Kevlar Jacket and Trouser
  • Jacket is aesthetically designed to facilitate ease of movement with central closure of hook and loop to locking mechanism
  • Throat tab for extra protection of throat against arc flashes, One Secret Internal pocket
  • Sleeves are provided with dual layers of NOMEX® wristlets, hook, loop closure to firm ft
  • Trouser is provided with elastic and hook, loop at waist to firm fit. Crotch central zipper along with hook & loop closure
  • Ankles are provided with hook and loop to facilitate fitting on high boots
  • NFPA 70E Category 4 electric arc protection
  • Lightweight, comfort and durability
  • 100% inherent flame resistance that will never wash out
  • The size is confirming to EN 13688: 2013 harmonized

Hood

  • Detachable wearing with an inert, high temperature withstanding visor and held in place by tying straps
  • Hoods are fitted with a wide angle window tested to withstand 40cal/cm². Hood are provided with a peak on the forehead for wider vision and are over head wearing type
  • Arc flash protection hood with hard hat
  • ATPV rating of Hood face shield: Tested according to 40cal/cm²
  • Fabric: Nomex® IIIA - Three Layers
  • Optional: Garments with Logo Embroidery / Printed
